Caring for animals has been my passion ever since I can remember. I once had to leave my ‘babies’ behind while i went on a trip. I wanted someone whom I could trust, with the knowledge, experience and time to care for them with lots of love and attention (as they require lots). I know there are more out there who feel the same way I had did.
I dedicate myself to keeping pet's happy when their pet parents can't be there. As a veterinary-technician, I am a qualified professional providing preventive-health and professional-medical services prescribed by a veterinarian. For nearly 4 years, I worked in an emergency veterinary hospital, dealing mostly with critical patients, learning treatment and nursing protocols for critical cases. Having volunteered in a wildlife organization and two clinics – a surgery clinic and an exotic-animal clinic – I am also skilled at dealing with animals under stress and exotics. Through these and other experiences, I honed my pet-communication skills, accepting and adapting to their behaviour and body language. Over the last few years, I've become increasingly involved in rehabilitating orphaned squirrels and breeding Sugar Gliders.
