*45 minute walks are determined by our professional dog walker/ dog trainer, who will take into consideration the age,
physical condition, energy level and overall health of your dog. Weather conditions are also taken into account. Full
payment prior to services startingHigh season dates cancellations : no refund or credit will be issued for part of full
payment of contract. Off season cancellation full refund or credit 10 days prior to service starting. . Administration fees will
be applied to any refund issued.
*Doggy guests must be socialized, well behaved, sterilized, and vaccines updated against DHLPP, rabies. Bordetella
(Must be given 2 weeks prior to arrival at daycare or pet hotel stays), CIV and Leptospirosis highly recommended - contact
your local veterinarian for more information. Please bring your dogs food or order from our online boutique.
It important to notify us of any aggressive tendencies in your dogs. Please note that during the peak season period there
is a minimum stay of 5 days. There will additionally be a more selective process for guests to ensure all of our guests
safety and happiness. A trial may also be mandatory. "
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Payment - Walks & Visits Must be made within the 5 days before beginning of services to guarantee availability
- Last Minute Request ( 3 days or less) While we make every effort to be there for you and your pets, availability is not
guaranteed and confirmed services are subject to a rush fee of 10.00$- 50.00$.
- Last Minute Cancellation (3 days or less) No refund or credit
- Advance Cancellation Full credit, or refund with administrative fee (35% of invoice total)

- Payment - Walks, Visits and Boarding Full sum, or 50% deposit must be paid immediately for reservation once services
have been confirmed. Balance of invoice must be paid 10 days prior to the first day of services.
- Cancellation - Anytime During Peak Period No refund or credit
- Advance Cancellation - More than 10 days before first day of Peak Period Full credit offered, no refunds.
