Caring for animals has been my passion ever since I can remember.
I once had to leave my ‘babies’ behind while I went on a trip.
I wanted someone whom I could trust, with the knowledge, experience and especially
the time to care for them of course with lots of love and attention (A lot to ask for?)
I know there are more pet parents, who feel the same way I did.
My dedication is keeping pet's happy when their pet parents can't be there. As a
veterinary-technician, I am a qualified & certified professional providing preventive-
health and professional-medical services prescribed by a veterinarian.
For nearly 4 years, I worked in an emergency veterinary hospital, dealing mostly with
critical patients, administering treatment and nursing protocols for critical cases.
Having volunteered in a wildlife organization and two clinics – a surgery clinic and an
exotic-animal clinic – I am also experienced at nurturing & rehabilitating pets and a
knowledge of exotic related care. Through these and other experiences, I honed my
pet-communication skills, accepting and adapting to their behaviour and body
language. Over the last few years, I've become increasingly involved in rehabilitating
orphaned squirrels, dogs and breeding Sugar Gliders.
Member in good standing of ATSAQ, PSI, ACPSN, CCMM.
